The laptops that the school provides us with will be recalled so they can be serviced on the 21st of May.
On Monday you have to hand in your laptops to the Laptop room, located in D Block, with your name and science class clearly labelled on the front.
I recommend you backup EVERYTHING on your laptop in case something is wiped in the process.
The laptops will be serviced on Wednesday and hopefully they will be returned by the end of the week.

Day Off School
On Monday the 11th of June there will be a public holiday in celebration of the Queen's birthday.
This means that on Monday the 11th of June there will be a pupil free day during which you do not attend school.
I hope you have a good day of freedom and MAKE THE MOST OF IT!
(I know I'll probably spend it being highly productive and wearing in my new couch while enjoying copious amounts of chocolate and ice cream.)

Introduction
Hello!
Welcome to the 'Kotara High Year 9 Advice and Events' blog.
I wish to begin by stressing the words 'Year 9' and 'Advice.' I am in Year 9 at Kotara High and therefore cannot help any other grade!
Also, 'Advice' - I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY ANSWERS TO ANYTHING!
I strongly believe it is important for you to learn for yourself but I am happy to help you in anyway I can with work you are struggling with. So create an account and leave me a comment. It's easy, safe, and I will always answer any questions to the best of my ability.
As well as offering some help, I will also post reminders and upcoming events that you will need to remember including, tests, dances, out of uniform days etc.
The other thing I wish to stress is that this blog is not endorsed by Kotara High. It is NOT an official blog provided by the school. It is just a blog by a student to help other students.
I will not babble on any longer so let's begin.
Thank you for reading and good luck to you.
